In common, school facility team receives class and event schedules from registrar offices. To run the HVAC system more efficiently, a designated person is assigned to enter all the classes or events into BMS, which is very time-consuming and difficult to maintain overtime. Often time, we see facility teams set up a fixed schedule (ex: 7am to 9pm) to cover the majority of the rooms schedules. That results significant energy waste.
